Bringing over a decade of experience in the construction industry, he combines strong technical expertise with a genuine commitment to delivering projects that create lasting value for clients and communities. As a Civil Engineer and Professional Engineer registered in British Columbia, he has successfully led projects through every stage, from field operations and estimating to project delivery and commercial management. Known for his focus on quality, safety, and collaboration, he believes that successful construction is built on trust, clear communication, and strong relationships. His leadership continues to drive Castbro’s growth while ensuring every project is completed with professionalism, integrity, and a dedication to exceeding expectations.

Edgar Castillo

Leading Castbro’s estimating efforts across a wide range of civil and infrastructure projects, he brings a strong combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and practical industry knowledge. Holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, he specializes in developing accurate and competitive estimates that support successful project planning and execution. Known for his attention to detail and strategic approach, he works closely with clients and project teams to identify opportunities, manage risks, and deliver reliable solutions from the earliest stages of a project. His commitment to precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement helps build the confidence and trust that are essential to every successful construction partnership.

Edwin Castillo

With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a strong background in surveying, he brings valuable field expertise and leadership to every project. In his role overseeing daily operations, he ensures that work is executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project requirements. His ability to coordinate teams, manage resources, and maintain clear communication between field crews and project stakeholders helps keep projects on track from start to finish. Known for his hands-on approach, reliability, and commitment to excellence, he takes pride in creating productive work environments and delivering results that meet—and often exceed—client expectations. Abelardo Castillo

Holding both a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree, he brings a strong blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to the organization. Francisco Tenorio

Alejandro Cervantes

Architect with experience in cost estimating, quantity take-offs, and construction administration. Supports project controls, technical documentation, and estimating workflows across Castbro operations while contributing to 3D surface modeling, photogrammetry-based terrain development, as-built documentation, and geospatial data preparation for surveying and construction layout activities. Her attention to detail, adaptability, and organized approach help improve project coordination and support efficient execution across a variety of construction environments.
